I've done a few meters leopard pajamas my mother for me years ago. Just go to your local fabric store, they have tons of books with millions of templates for almost anything you want, I know, I footed pajamas.
Try going to fabric models JoAnne PJ. but if it something in particular, how likely the series.
Why do you want to use an adult footed pajamas? Is not it embarrassing? Sorry, I can not help you, but I've never worn pajamas surprised, I have no idea where I can get a model for them.
